In these economic times of hardship, do not misconstrue what the media is saying.  Although this is not the best time to sell, it is a great time buy. Financial strategists are urging people to use the equity in their homes to secure financial stability. 

If you have equity in your homes, why not use it to help build your future.  In addition, the stock market is uncertain, 401k is uncertain, traditional saving methods are uncertain. Traditional savings methods such as savings accounts are yielding a 3% return and CD’s are yielding 7%, on the high end.   We understand that every person may not be interested in being a Property Investor. 

Therefore, let’s look at another avenue, imagine in these trying financial times if you were able to invest your money with a promising return of 10% within 6 months or less; while incurring none of the risks that are associated with the stock market and/or the 401K.
